A weekly newsletter about football. Having taken soundings from the people who matter most, possible readers, I will be concentrating on football that isn’t from Europe’s top five leagues, some historical analysis, tactics with some emphasis on the why not the how, and some cultural/football overlap.

I will also include some of what I’ve enjoyed recently, and where to meet hot, single raccoons in your area.

Why should you read anything I have to say? Well, I was one of the original members of Tifo Football and did lots of tactical writing for them and, once they’d been acquired’, The Athletic. I now work for Analytics FC, managing content, among other things.
